A lot of Yang masculine energy is bouncing around & it can be challenging to stay centered through all the movement & directions you may be feeling pulled in.

As we approach the New Moon in Aries on April 19th, it’s important to take time to pause & reflect on how your actions can be supported with sustainable structures & practices to nourish your wellbeing so you don’t experience BURNOUT & EXHAUSTION.

You may be feeling like you’re going through a ring of fire right now!

YOU ARE. Recognize that this means you are being tested right now.

This is a time to embody the lessons that you have been given over this past cycle of your life & put them to the “road test”!

This is a day to celebrate love in all forms, beyond just romance.

I am ready to become the fully-responsible author of this story. I am ready to see myself clearly in all mirrors & choose my lessons wisely.

I am ready to listen to the voice of my intuition above all else, and to trust her sacred callings.

I am ready to believe in ME.

What associations do you have with Valentine’s Day?

There are many limited beliefs about romantic relationships that start swirling around in the collective consciousness this time of year, & they may tempt your mind.
⚡️
Feelings of loneliness & lack of self-worth may emerge, especially for those who are not with a beloved, as there are many external images & programmings that lead us to believe we need to be in partnership in order to be happy.
💔
In truth, only by finding a deep sense of wholeness within ourselves can we even begin to cultivate a partnership that is based on freedom & a more unconditional love rather than coming from a place of lack & co-dependence.

We must first understand how to hold ourselves fully & move away from this culture of comparison & competition that causes so much separation between women especially in western societies.

We were not taught positive approaches to nurture ourselves & tend to our own hearts. We were not taught how to honor the Feminine & receive from her deep source of spiritual love.

As we approach Valentine’s Day, be mindful of the beliefs that emerge for yourself.

What are 3 practices that could support your in strengthening your devotion to loving yourself this week?

Over the past 9 years of holding wombyn’s circles, I have found that the more we are able to connect deeply & authentically with one another, the more trust is built & the more we are able to receive support & connection from sisterhood, the less dependent & reliant we become on a man to fulfill this role in our lives. This does not mean that there is anything wrong with wanting a partnership, however we do not make our happiness dependent upon this factor.
