Just a little photo dump of the boys 💛

Life has been chaotically peaceful - my external is reflecting calm, ease and peace while my nervous system has yet to get with the times. My therapist keeps me motivated in knowing that it needs my presence to remind it that we are safe. A beautiful reminder when working with Ronan and his doc reactivity, he needs time and patience and presence to realize he is safe too.
