✨ Our last class of this block is this week, and we’ll end with a beautiful restorative yoga session dedicated to finding deep rest.
🧘♀️ For many of us, resting deeply can feel surprisingly hard. We’re so used to rushing, planning, and achieving that slowing down can feel unfamiliar even uncomfortable. Yet it’s in these moments of intentional rest that the real magic happens.
🕊 Restorative yoga gently guides your nervous system out of fight-or-flight, helping you release tension you may not even know you’re holding. It nourishes mind, body, and soul easing stress, calming the mind, soothing the body, and creating space for clarity and healing.

On the fence but strongly feel the pull, lean in take the chance, you owe it to yourself, I can assure you no one else is coming to give it to you , "that break" we sometimes so desperately need that 1 hour we pray for, something will always call your attention feel more important, but actually it starts with you, you are the priority whether you feel it or not & if are not taking care of you how can you give fully to those who need you. Taking care of you benefits not only you but it ripples far and wide to everyone who comes in contact with you. Make a commitment to yourself that actually you matter too just as much as anyone else in your life ✨️
Self care is not selfish it's not fluff , it's not hot baths & facemasks , it's deeper, it choosing to take care of your mental, physical, emotional & spiritual self. It's saying No to burnout & stress cause you deserve a wholesome life that feels good 💛
