This morning’s pop-up yoga in the park was the perfect mix of movement, fun, gratitude, and compassion. ❤️
These sessions are always donation-based, and today I decided to donate the profits to the Red Cross to support their work in Gaza.
When other people are struggling and suffering, it’s easy to feel a little bit helpless. This is just one small thing I can do — and I’m so grateful to everyone who joined in and made that possible. 🙏🏼
One of the things I love most about these pop-up classes is the spontaneity. People travelled from all along the North Wales coast and Anglesey (many of them members of the Happy Yoga Online Membership!) to join me this morning, and the feedback is that you love these short-notice outdoor sessions as much as I do. 😃
I’d like to keep them going for as long as possible — maybe even through winter on those beautiful, sunny, crisp days we get here in North Wales. ❄️
If you have (or know of) an indoor or outdoor venue that could be donated for these community classes, please get in touch.
I’m more than happy to donate the profits from that class to a charity of the venue’s choice as a thank-you for the space. 🎗️
These sessions are my way of bringing people together to move, laugh, and relax — and the invitation to stay after for a cuppa or a chat is always there. Today, a few of us headed to the beach for a swim and some sunshine, which felt like the perfect way to round off the morning. 🏊🏼
If you have a space, I’d love to hear from you — and if you know someone who might be interested, please share this post with them so we can keep these community classes going. 🧘🏼✨
Thank you! 🙏🏼
