Happy Monday! Today is a good day. My sleep is broken but I don't feel tired and I was able to do my BeachBody exercise. Now to find me some lunch and get some work done! Happy Monday!

Did some exercises today! Sticking to my diet but not stressing myself out about it. I'd say I'm doing alright!

Trying to get things organized and situated is hard to do when you're nauseous! But I think I've made pretty good headway for next month! Does anyone else try to get organized for the coming month?

Made my steps but didn't even attempt to track my calories lol. But at least today I am home Need to do a sinus rinse though.

Took 5000 steps Saturday and Sunday. Trying to take 5000 today! Gotta stay on track!

Tomorrow I have PC appointment and I have to take a COVID test in order to take an endoscopy. Not really feeling it to be honest, but I really want to know what's wrong with my stomach so I guess I am taking the journey tomorrow!
