Ancient One sat in the shade of his tree, in front of his cave. Red People came to him and he said to Red People, "Tell me your vision."

And Red People answered, "The Elders have told us to pray in this manner, and it is important that we only pray as we have been taught, for this has been handed down to us by the elders."

"Hmmm," said Ancient One
Then Black People came into him, and he said to Black People, "Tell me your vision."

And Black People answered, "Our mothers have said to go to this building and that building and pray in this manner and that manner. And our fathers have said to bow in this manner and that manner when we pray, and it is important that we do only this when we pray."

"Hmmm," said Ancient One.

Then Yellow People came to him and he said to Yellow People, "Tell me your vision."

And Yellow People answered, "Our teachers have told us to sit in this manner and that manner and to say this thing and that thing when we pray, and it is important that we do only this when we pray."

"Hmmm," said Ancient One.

Then White People came to him and he said to White People, "Tell me your vision."

And White People answered, "Our Book has told us to pray in this way and that way and to do this thing and that thing, and it is very important that we do this when we pray.

"Hmmm," said Ancient One.

Then Ancient One spoke to the Earth and said, "Have you given the people a vision?" And the Earth said, "Yes, a special gift for each one, but the people were so busy speaking and arguing about which way is right, they could not see the gift I gave each one of them." And Ancient One asked the same question of Water and Fire and Air and got the same answer. The Ancient One asked Animal, and Bird, and Insect, and Tree, and Flower, and Sky, and Moon, and Sun, and Stars, and all of the other Spirits, and each told him the same.

Ancient One thought this was very sad. He called Red People, Black People, Yellow People, and White People to him and said to them. "The ways taught to you by your Elders, and your Mothers and Fathers, and Teachers, and Books are sacred. It is good that you respect those ways, for they are the ways of your ancestors. But the ancestors no longer walk the Face of the Earth Mother. You have forgotten your own Vision. Your Vision is right for you, but no one else."

"Now each of you must pray for your own Visions, and be still enough to see it, so you can follow the way of the heart. It is a hard way. It is a good way."

I was at my breaking point. At my lowest of lows. I had no where to go, and noone who could help. I've come to learn that this is a very very common problem for people who crave a change in their life, but don't know how to enact this change. Ive come to realize that most people just need to hear sound reasoning, based on their situation. They just need that little extra boost, that validation of their thoughts. Of their intuition. They just need someone to say "ok, no you are not crazy, here are some ideas on how to help change your situation." Sometimes they just need an outside perspective to say "why?"

I keep seeing these ads on facebook to talk to a therapist online. Its a wonderful idea for those that need it. But for those who don't do therapists, who are a bit out of the norm, there is me. I want to take a moment this morning to tell you all that I love you. Not because of what you have done, not because of what you can do for me. Not because you are pretty or handsome. Not because you are rich. Or because you are poor.

This is not infatuation, or lust, this is not endearment, or friendship. All valid forms of love. This is an unconditional type of love. It doesn't matter who you are, or what you did or not do. Your mistakes don't matter, nor do your successes. What matters is that you are humanity. My Family. I Believe in you more than anything else. It is you that i keep working for, and it is you that gives me reason to continue believing. Everyday.

Keep spreading your light, keep healing your brethren. Keep up the good work. Because it doesn't matter what you believe. It matters That you believe. Because its you i like. :0)

By now, you have identified exactly what is important to you. You have probably even identified your problem behaviours.
I wonder, what exactly is stopping you from going after what you want and need? What's it going to take to push you to make that first step. Or worse, what's it going to take to make you take that dreaded second step?

This is a rhetorical question, unless you cannot identify these yourself. If you cannot, please find a confidante you trust who will tell you. If you cannot find someone close to you, know that you are never alone. We can find it out together.

Looking to grow this page. I am offering to trade readings for honest reviews. Once i get to 30 or 40 reviews i will charge for readings on a sliding scale/barter, valuing my readings/coaching at a $60 an hour or equivalent energy exchange rate.

My readings center on meeting your spiritual guides, and translating what they are saying to you. In order to do this online, i request two clean unfiltered and current photos of your face, eyes open, not dressed up for a date or an interview. Just beautiful raw self. This allows me to "smell" and "hear" what your guides have to say. I will tell you which guide or guides present themselves, and what they are there to teach you. I will then give you ideas/instruction on how to best communicate with these guides yourself.

Coaching goes a step further. We will meet, in person, via video chat, or phone call weekly, to work on guiding you to your individual Path. We do this by discussing you. By discussing where you are, where you want to be, and where you came from, in order to make the appropriate real world changes in your life.

I was asked recently about shadow work.
Shadow is a psychological term used for the parts of ones self that they have disconnected from and "hid in their shadow". Quite literally parts of your self that you dont like, so you ignore or bury them.
Shadow work is an attempt to tap into those portions of your self. To bring the light to them, to accept who you are in your entirety. To accept yourself and learn about your self, without judgement, in order to change and grow in balance.

Its not a term I have used before but it is fitting for the concept. You cannot just stuff parts of yourself away and expect to grow and be whole. Once you have them firmly locked away, it is difficult to see them in yourself and therefore difficult to accept as a part of you.

I have had to do a great deal of "shadow work" but I have called it introspection. In order to see my own shadows, i had to look away from the light, and behind me to see my shadow. Figuratively speaking. I had to look at my memories from other peoples perspective, not just my own. I had to place myself in the role of the villian in some of my own memories. Because I was the villian in a lot of my own life.
I had to recognize that, or i never would have grown from it. I had to take accountability for my own actions. I had to embrace the part of me that made those decisions, in order to guide its power in a productive direction.

True self awareness is not ego. It embraces all aspects of ones self and acts accordingly. Accurate introspection is necessary for growth.

For those who cannot accurately introspect themselves, community is necessary for healing. Trusted people you can share your art, dreams, and thoughts with, that you can listen to and respect what they have to say. And a willingness to listen, and trust that they care. Perhaps a shaman, priest, counselor, parent, sibling, etc.

If you cannot find someone close to you to help, ask me. I care.

Lost.

I cannot see the way out.

I have no one to turn to.

I was taught to just deal with my s**t.

Handle it like a man.

I have a dick therefore I am one.

Just being born I have a whole set of rules Im supposed to follow, but Ive had noone to teach me what the even are.

I have all these feelings, but Im not even sure what they are. Ive never been taught. Ive never had the example set.

I need someone to help me. Someone to understand, but I dont even know how to ask, or where. My attempts in the past have been... Traumatizing.

Im so lost. What the hell do I do?

Sound familiar? Ive been there, I understand. You are not alone, brother.

We have been taught we have to be strong and dependable for our women, our sisters, mothers and daughters.

We were never taught how.

We gain this strength from our brothers.

It is time we change the pattern. It is time we pull together.

You feel like you cannot connect with your therapist.

I am an unconventional type of spiritual advisor for people who conventional therapists have failed. I will help facilitate your communication with your spirit guides, and help you figure out how to best heal yourself. Basically we will all "sit down" and talk about where you are at, and how to get to where you want to be. As for credentials, I am an ordained minister but not a psychologist. I have gained wisdom through experiencing life. Donations are greatly needed and appreciated, but I will never ask you for money. If you can afford to give you will, if you cannot you dont need to be reminded. My goal is to help you, "because its you I like."

I was presented with an individual that i will call Raptor. The raptor is telling him that he needs community care with swift action. He does not have a community or collective to assist him. I presented the idea of me asking the advice of my collective. My community. This man has been trained his entire life to shield his emotions. He automatically shuts them down with logic the moment he starts to feel them. In order to gain the happiness in his life that he is longing for, he needs to learn to process these feelings. What methods to break down long learned emotional walls have you used or suggested?
