I am passionate about helping anyone with depression. My name is Hope and my wish is that we can help each other It's a been there done that kind of thing.

I am passionate about trying to help people with depression. Depression is a serious but treatable disorder that affects millions of people, from young to old and from all walks of life. It gets in the way of everyday life, causing tremendous pain, hurting not just those suffering from it, but also impacting everyone around them. If I can help people to understand depression and feel better that is all I can ask for.

I have a request for you. I am writing a book about mental health. Mental health is all about how people think, feel, and behave. 19.86% of adults are currently experiencing a mental illness. I have recently lost people close to me due to mental health issues and feel so strongly about connecting with people and sharing their stories. ❤️❤️
