We just got back from a family holiday, we drove up the guts of Australia to Uluru and many surrounding places!
This little blue stick got a great work out on the trip after long walks/hikes. And my hubby even pulled some ligaments walking down kings canyon, and this was one of the oils I used on his ankle every day.
So it’s really good to use BEFORE, DURING, or AFTER a workout! It’s great to soothe those aches and pains.
The combo of iceblue and copaiba is just 👌🏻 it’s like deep heat but ohhhh so much low tox and better for your body!
If you haven’t tried it, I highly recommend it!

Yesterday we lost electricity for 19 hours through that freaky storm Melbourne had. And tonight both kids said and agreed that what they missed were their diffusers! They said they sleep wayyyyy better with their diffusers, and they don’t want the electricity to go off at night time again.
So this is a picture of the my daughter’s diffuser back in use tonight! Yay to diffusing eh! Who else loves diffusing at night?Sometimes when you don’t have something that you always have, when it’s taken away, you realise how awesome it is.

If you love essential oils or are thinking of using essential oils, keeping your oils CLEAN and pure is soooooo important!
Did you know that 80% of essential oils on the market are NOT pure!! Pretty shocking eh! Well extremely shocking I think!
Finding a brand that you know is producing clean essential oils may be hard to find, but I will tell you now that dōTERRA has the most thorough testing to make sure they are producing the best oils in the world.

So what makes an essential oil pure? That the oil has been derived from its genuine botanical source and does not contain any fillers additives, or other impurities. For people buying the oils it is hard to know if they have been adulterated, the only reliable way of knowing is if they have been professionally tested, and surprisingly this is not a requirement in the essential oil industry.
