It’s finally here. KEEN 2.0 has arrived.
wellbeing is Europe’s First Active Recovery Club. A space where movement, connection and active recovery become a lifestyle. Every class is an opportunity to reconnect with your body, reset your mind, and recharge your energy alongside a community that moves with you.

What started with a nudge from a friend a bit more than a year ago evolved into an adventure that I could have never imagined. I’m incredibly proud to be a part of this project and step into the role of Head Coach as we’re shaping the future of well-being together. I’m excited to collaborate with our team of amazing coaches, creators and hosts, each unique, extremely talented and passionate about making a difference.

This place is truly unlike anything you have ever experienced before. In our classes we’re merging heat, cold, breath and movement into a very special experience.

What if this year could feel different?

It’s not about doing it all. It’s about focusing on what is truly important to you.

Each year, one word sets my direction — my North Star that’s guiding my decisions, my daily choices, and how I show up.

Here is the list of my words for the past 5 years.

These words built the foundation to own my direction step by step. Day by day.
These words have fueled my personal and professional growth.
These words have guided me to live my life my way.
These words brought me exactly where I am today.

2020 Balance
2021 Alignment
2022 Freedom
2023 Abundance
2024 Clarity

Sustainable change doesn’t happen by chance.
You set the direction.
You own it.

Feeling balanced doesn’t mean you love everything you do.
It doesn’t mean avoiding everything that drains you, either.

Forget those unrealistic expectations.

Balance is about staying connected with yourself and your body, tuning in to and sensing what you need in each moment, and drawing on tools to handle what life throws at you without burning out.
It’s knowing when to lean in — and when to ease off the gas.

That’s the real aim:
To establish that connection with yourself and build tools that bring a bit more ease to your day.

Sometimes, that may mean setting aside 5 minutes after a busy morning to sit quietly, gathering your energy, even if it means delaying the next meeting. Or finishing a task tomorrow, regardless of the deadline, if your energy level gives you a clear ‘no’. And sometimes, it means doing something for the pure joy of it, regardless of what your schedule says.

Balance also means showing compassion to yourself.
Some days feel heavier than others, and that’s okay.
It’s a continuous practice, not a perfect destination.

Don’t mistake feeling ‘at ease’ with life being ‘easy’.
But there’s always something that you can do that will make you feel a little bit lighter.

Maybe is exactly the reminder that you needed to hear right now.

And the key to all of this? Working with your Breath.
It keeps you grounded, clear-headed, and connected to yourself, no matter what life throws your way.

If you want more ease and flow in your life, like:

➡️ starting your day feeling centered instead of rushed
➡️ finishing your day feeling accomplished, not guilty
➡️ fully enjoying time with family and friends without that lingering stress

Start asking yourself:
Where can I make my life feel easier and more in the flow?

I know it sounds too simple, but I guarantee you:
If you look closely, you will find more options than you think you will.

👩🏼‍💻 Feeling light and joyful doesn’t have to do with how much responsibility you carry or how much time you have.

💁🏼‍♀️ Like 90% of the things in life, it’s your choice.

Stop doing it all at once.
Stop rethinking small decisions.
Stop scheduling every minute of your day.
Stop trying to do it all on your own, and ask for help.
Stop worrying about getting everything ‘perfect’ before moving forward.

The one thing most of my clients realise when they start working with me:
If you want to feel more at ease and in the flow, stop making your life so hard for yourself.

I get it. You want to be focused, start the week strong, and keep up the pace without losing precious time.

That moment when it tips over and suddenly feels like ‘too much’ - sounds familiar? 

You’re fully engaged, loving the energy of creating and getting things done. Then life adds a few more things on top, and now it’s ‘way too much’, leaving you feeling fatigued and like you’re on autopilot. 

And you ask yourself:
How did I end up here again? 🙃

I get it.
This was my pattern for years when I was a leader at Apple. Especially in those early days. Riding that wave of achieving, looking like I had it all together. Until I hit that ‘too much’ point again, and again, and again.
At some point, I found myself constantly living in that ‘too much’ zone. It felt like it had turned into a game along the motto: “How much more can I handle?”

But it doesn’t have to be that way. Recognising your patterns is the first step to breaking them.

Imagine what it would feel like to finally step out of this cycle? Living in the zone that has exactly the right amount of ‘busyness’ that energises you and makes you thrive?👩🏼‍💻

Hast du jemals darüber nachgedacht? 😆
“Slowing down is much harder than going fast.”
Einfach weil die meisten von uns überhaupt nicht daran gewöhnt sind.

Also wenn du mehr Leichtigkeit, Flow und Balance in deinem Leben willst dann darfst du das “üben”. Genau wie jede andere neue Skill.

Von außen sieht es oft einfach aus, aber nur die wenigsten sehen, was dahinter steckt. Was es wirklich braucht, auf dein Next Level zu gehen.

Die Art wie ich heute mein Leben lebe ist nicht vom Himmel gefallen. Auch wenn es manchmal so wirkt. Was dahinter steckt sind Commitment, bewusste Entscheidungen und jahrelange Innere Arbeit.

Und eins kann ich dir sagen: Der Weg dahin war nicht immer einfach, aber es fühlt sich heute so verdammt gut an. Es ist mittlerweile mein “New Normal” und ich weiß, dass ich nicht mehr zurück gehen werde.

Und genau das ist der Grund dafür, warum ich von Herzen tue was ich tue:
Menschen wie dir zu helfen diesen Shift auch zu machen: Von ständig on-the-go und überlastet zu in Balance, gelassen und vor allem at peace mit dir selbst.

Alle wollen Leichtigkeit, Flow und sich gut fühlen, aber wer ist wirklich bereit dafür etwas zu tun?

💜Es ist wie mit allem im Leben:
Magst du die Idee von dem Leben, das du dir vorstellst? Oder bist du bereit voll und ganz dafür loszuziehen? Jeden einzelnen Tag.

Ein Shift “von busy to balanced” ist mehr als ein bisschen Meditieren hier und da.

Es ist Persönlichkeitsentwicklung:
Weil es bedeutet deine Muster zu erkennen und aus ihnen auszubrechen.

Was willst du?

Wenn du bereit bist voll und ganz für dich loszuziehen, für ein Leben, das sich so verdammt gut anfühlt, wie du es dir heute noch nicht mal vorstellen kannst zeige ich dir gerne einen Weg, wie du es schaffen kannst.
