I’ve posted a lot recently about massage and bodywork, but my speciality is actually Energy Healing. 😊

I work with Reiki and Shamanic (Both the Heavens and the Earth) energies to shift dense energy blockages across your being. I use methods of extraction and infusion to remove unwanted and unserving energy, to replace it with desired and serving energy. I call this Psychic Surgery 🧬🪬📿

I use different tools and healing modalities that include hands on energy healing, sound healing such as light language, vocal toning, shamanic drumming & rattling, acupressure on meridian points, energy cleansing sprays, crystals, belching, yawning and other physical release modalities.

I work on all layers of your aura; I may focus on more emotional layers, mental layers, soul/spirit layers or physical layers, depending on what’s most active in your energy field.

Each session is very unique and always working with the highest intentions for your highest good. I tune into your higher self and spirit guides to find out what healing, energy transmissions and activations that best serve you most in this moment.

I offer both “activating” and “calming” energy healing sessions, depending on your intentions.

What will we be doing?!

We’ll start off with some connective ice breaking games. Then I will ask the circle a series of questions to help identify stored emotions such as shame, fear, guilt, grief, resentment, and through using sound, movement, breathe and the voice the participants will release, alchemise and transform the trapped emotions into empowerment, authenticity and fierce love. To celebrate the courage, the workshop shall end with participants having their cups filled through chosen methods of self and communal love - including words of affirmation, acts of service and physical touch.

I don’t know about you, but my continued goal is to feel good as often as I can. I intend to enjoy my life every day. Not in a toxic positivity way, but in a cup half full mindset. I see my emotions as messengers and once I am clear on the message my body is communicating to me then I return to feeling loved, empowered, playful, confident, trusting and at peace.

I wasn’t always this way. I used to procrastinate, worry, dread and fear for hours on end without coming to any conclusion except feeling even worse than I already did. Now when these feelings arise, I find out what’s being communicated, and create a solution.

This feels like a super power for me, especially as a highly sensitive person - Aka miss “you’re reading too much into things” and “you’re being too sensitive”. If you’d of told me 3 years ago - heck with some emotions even 1 year ago - that soon I’d be pretty f*ckin’ good at managing my emotions, I’d have looked at you in disbelief followed by a lil judgmental scoff. 🤭 I didn’t even know it was possible to manage and “control” (funny word that one) my emotions to the extent of what I can do now. Now that I’m in pretty f*ckin’ good communication with my emotions, I’m excited to see how I shall grow in this area over the next year.

Gosh, I love this human-incarnation soul-evolution earth-school stuff.
