Here’s how I prepare my clients to receive the most from their time with me:
💆🏻♀️ I begin by syncing my breath with yours, tuning into your body and where you’re at. This helps me connect with what you need in the moment.
💆🏻♀️ You’ll be invited to take a few deep, intentional breaths—in through the nose, out through the mouth—to gently drop into your body and leave the day behind.
💆🏻♀️ Unlike most practitioners, I always begin every massage with the head. Why? Because it helps quiet the mind, so you can fully relax and let your body and soul embrace the experience.
💆🏻♀️ To allow you to drop even deeper into rest, I encourage silence during the session (unless something feels important to share). This, paired with carefully chosen music, creates the perfect environment for surrender and rejuvenation.
There’s nothing worse than showing up for self-care, only to find your mind racing the whole time. I’m here to ensure you leave feeling lighter, calmer, and deeply restored.

Simply by being in our truth (otherwise known as shining your light) the frequency of us being true to our heart, increases the strength of our bio magnetic field (otherwise known as our aura) which ripples out and touches the hearts of those around us.
Other people’s reaction to our truth / light / love is none of our business, but we are fulfilling our sole duty on this earth simply by just being ourselves and enjoying our lives. 💓

Our brain is always looking for evidence to back up our beliefs.
So if we’ve spent a lot of time telling ourselves we’re ugly, our brain by default looks for what we’ve taught it to seek.
Default brain seeking: What’s ugly. What needs to be different. What needs improving.
But if we want new beliefs, we can use this brain function to benefit us. So instead of letting the thoughts be on default repeat mode, we deliberately pick what we want our brain to focus on.
Consciously thinking: Show me what’s beautiful. Look for all the beauty. Show me how i’m beautiful. Find all of the beauty.
This practise works best in my experience when i’m doing something else, such as getting ready in the mirror, as my conscious mind is focused on the task, so the deliberate thinking can access the unconscious mind with more ease and less resistance.
Bare in mind - This is just the same as building any other habit; it most likely won’t stick straight away. For it to become your default mode (otherwise known as a habit) it requires patience, persistence and perseverance.
The more we do it, the better we get at it. Until it becomes second nature. Just like learning to walk as a baby. 🚶🏽♀️🚶

Dancing and shaking wakes it all up and gives energy space to move throughout your body by the voluntary muscles. We store emotions in our hips and lower stomach (where our sacral chakra is located) and it’s the seat of the soul! Set it free 😆
TRE is the involuntary muscles shaking that enables deeper levels within the body of energy releasing. This is similar to how an animal shakes after a traumatic experience. We naturally used to do this, but over time society conditioned us that it wasn’t normal so we stopped doing it. 🤭
Crying and laughing releases trapped energy through sound coming from within along with a release of emotions. They both also release feel good hormones so you feel better afterwards. Yay! 😆
Sensory touching is a slow, present practise that activates the super sensitive (the areas of our body with more nerve endings) which essentially calms the nervous system by grounding you into your body through pleasure / calming / soothing touch. It can bring up repressed emotions to be released created through sexual or physical trauma of “being in the body”.
By switching up the release methods we use, the release process stays intuitively guided so our ego or logical mind can’t get in the way of shifting energy that no longer serves us.
The ego can be very crafty and find ways to hold onto energies we’ve become used to holding for so long as it’s scared to let go!
One tip about the ego - the aim is to live in alignment with a healthy ego as opposed to “transcending” or “completely getting rid” of the ego as it isn’t possible and is a myth! (Said by people with spiritual egos) 😆
