ONLINE CLASSES FOR HEATHY BODY and MIND

Nowadays brings a lot of different kinds of stress for body and mind.
Yoga provides beautiful instruments how to avoid stress and not to let it in your life. Firstly and foremostly, you will receive knowledge about ancient pranayama practices: how to breathe, how to influence the flow of mind and nervous system.
You will feel the positive effect on your body and mind from the first class.
To attend all classes or as much as you want and can is up to your decision.
