Indeed Pilates We offer Pilates videos on demand and live online classes suited to different experience levels, including beginners. Corporate packages are also available.

We also offer Injury Recovery Pilates, Pre & Post Natal Pilates (DR recovery, pelvic floor), physical classes (private/group/corporate). We at Indeed Pilates believe that our body is one of our most precious commodity. As cliché as it may sound, health is indeed wealth. According to Joseph Pilates, “Not only is health a normal condition, but it is our duty to not only attain it but to maintain it.”

Subscribe to Indeed Pilates at RM79 monthly for unlimited access to all Pilates workout videos (2 new videos every week) and Live Online Group Classes.

2 Complementary Group Class Credits will be credited for members every month. Every additional group class is at RM15 (exclusive for members only). We do offer physical classes, both private and group. Contact us for more details.
