Our journey is excited to announce the launch of its pilot program, Mental Health Mondays! We will offer 7 women the opportunity to participate in group therapy amongst their peers for six weeks. ๐ŸŒŸ

We invite every woman dedicated to taking the first step to combat life's stressors and take control of the future of their mental health.

Group sessions will be held at a designated location for an hour once a week. Upon finishing this program, women will have gained education, tools, and the confidence needed to embark on journeys of life. ๐Ÿง˜โ™€๏ธ
