Guys, I can NOT wait to talk about this more. I keep saying to myself “someone get me ON A PODCAST because I have a lot to say.” I have so much knowledge and wisdom from going through so much in my life, and then holding the moms hands on social media and guiding them through helping their kids for the past 3 years. (I think we will create our own podcast, let me know if you’d like that!)

As a woman who had such deep wounds from my mother, I found it hard to be the mother I wanted to be. I found it hard to trust others and myself. I was in chronic fight or flight and it was showing through my health. Scary stuff. Belief systems and trauma are the root of DIS-EASE. And then the mothers nervous system throws the child’s system off, causing behavioral issues, delays and so much more. Diet will ALWAYS have play a role and toxicity goes hand in hand with that.

After so much healing work and boots on the ground, I see it all so clearly. And I’m excited to help you through this with more knowledge on how we can heal a different layer of the “ROOT” cause. The nervous system ♥️

Children need a whole food diet for development and growth! We as a society have moved into a processed food and convenient diet. Unfortunately, we as the parents have seen the effects of that on our generations mental state (along with high stress)

Here are two easy and quick lunch ideas. We always have a protein and a fruit or vegetable. Rule of thumb: teach your kiddos to eat the fruit before the other foods.

Chinese medicine says to eat the fruit BEFORE a protein because fruit metabolizes different than any other food group. If you combine it with protein, starch or dairy, it can stagnate the digestive of the other food groups. Therefore it may cause toxic build up in the colon.

Bread only if we have fruit and vegetables because bread is a congestior. I always send her to school with a water bottle with 2 ml of fulvic minerals because she’s not into eating leafy greens just yet. Organic leafy greens (from a local farm not Whole Foods because of the outer coating they just rolled out!) are the largest source of minerals.

We do not do bread unless it is sprouted grains! Grains, nuts and legumes have a phytic acid anti nutrient outer coating that is inflammatory!! We use Ezekiel bread that is in the frozen section of the grocery store! ALWAYS SOAK YOUR BEANS AND NUTS!

We certainly know at this point Autism is not a one size fits all. It’s a spectrum, a level. Some cases arguably have nothing to do with toxicity. However, understand that genes become mutated BECAUSE of toxic exposure, and this started about three generations ago. Our genes will continue to mutate and degrade with toxicity, nutrient and mineral deficiencies.

The best thing we can do for our children is feed a whole food diet, keep the toxic load to a minimum, and heavy metal detox especially if we are seeing the signs of toxicity rearing it’s ugly head.

It’s interesting because it took me SO LONG to see how these modern practices were actually harming me, but when it came to my child I saw it CLEAR AS DAY.

My child is a very happy, smart, thriving child. She functions extremely well cognitively. It’s like nothing even happened. I’m so grateful for my inner knowing and that we caught this so early. I know we would be in a different place if we hadn’t.

To any moms to may be upset with this post: I am not trying to change your child or tell you that you should. This is our experience, and I am referring to toxicity induced autism. This is our truth as you may have yours.

For the moms who desire help or more information. I am here for you. I love you all, we need to believe in ourselves and give ourselves more credit. Let’s all stick together and hold the line 🤝🤝🤝🤝

**PBX Detox Spray and Parasites.**

Everyone has parasites, it’s natural, we are a part of nature. However, it’s not healthy to have an abundance of them. Heavy metals and parasites go hand in hand. If you or a child has a heavy toxic load, you can bet on an overload of parasites here’s why:

Heavy metals and toxins are a food source for them. This is also a reason why when they die, we have die-off symptoms, because they are releasing toxins, and they also can hold viruses within them. Parasites create biofilm to protect themselves from the immune system. It is an extremely gooey and sticky clear substance. They use heavy metals to make up this biofilm. When the detox removes the metals, it breaks the biofilm down so the immune system can do what it is supposed to do and kick them out! Parasites need an acidic environment to thrive, heavy metals and toxins create that perfect environment. The detox brings the body back to an optimal alkaline state by removing these toxins. This is the healthiest way, in my opinion, to do a cleanse. WE NEED TO GET TO THE ROOT ISSUE!! **What are Healing (die off) Symptoms?**

Die-off symptoms aka Herxheimer Reaction, happen as a result of the body healing. Think of the flu, for example. When you get sick you get a runny nose, nausea, diarrhea, cough, and a fever. This is the body’s natural detox process. It is trying to push virus, toxins or pathogens out that do not belong. Simple fevers up to 104 degrees F is an acute phase response that activates white blood cell soldiers to fight infection bacteria and viruses. This is the body's natural line of defense. By using Tylenol, it lowers the fever but prolongs the detox process and depletes important glutathione that is needed. PLEASE think twice about using Tylenol with an MTHFR kiddo. Die-off symptoms include: diarrhea, constipation, brain fog, fatigue, headache, rash or skin flair ups, bloating and gas, nausea, dizziness and flu like symptoms. Not everyone will experience “die-off”, it will depend on their toxic load, and if they’re drinking enough spring water and getting rest as needed. Be patient with the process.

**How to Ease Die-Off Symptoms?**

Drink lots of purified/spring water. The zeolite is absorbed into the blood stream. It will go wherever the blood goes, grabbing toxins from the brain and other organs. It works on a cellular level. When the toxins are pulled from the cells into the zeolites cage like structures, they will be excreted through urine and stool. Proper hydration is necessary for detox. The more fluids consumed, the faster the zeolite will grab the toxins and the body will eliminate them.

Rebounding. Take the kiddos to a trampoline park, or buy a small one for the house. This will move the lymph and is very helpful aiding in drainage.

You can also do detox baths (this helps significantly)
1/2 cup Aztec secret bentonite clay
1/2 cup aluminum free baking soda
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar (optional, this will help with eczema flares as the body pushes the toxins out through the skin)
1/2 cup epsom salt
Soak for 15-20 mins 2/3 times a week or as necessary.

Onions on the feet while they sleep. Onions are extremely powerful and will pull toxins and poison through the largest pores of the body- on the feet. AMAZING fever hack as well. Cut a half circle of an onion and place Saran Wrap around it then cover with a sock.

Chlorophyll will also help speed any die off symptoms up, or is an extra binder.

Vitamin C, and magnesium will give your body the tools it needs to detox efficiently.

Fulvic minerals :
Fulvic is a natural source of nutrients that should be to be in our soil and therefore vegetables but because of commercial farming and pesticides, it has been almost entirely destroyed. It is a powerful binder (that’s why I always recommend to purchase with the detox pack)

My toddler had leaky gut as per her live blood analysis and this allows for any and all toxins to go through her entire body via bloodstream. **Alternate Dosage Methods?**

This will help with the detox process as well as ease any potential die-off symptoms. Try and make this fun!! If you have an ASD kiddo- put it in anything you can just please try and make sure it’s organic so the zeolite doesn’t bind to the pesticides in it. I always say even a little zeolite is going to help, if it takes longer so be it!

**How Long Do I Take PBX Detox?**
