We are pleased to announce the schedule for Visual Acetic Acid (VIA) Screening for Cervical Cancer, an essential service to detect early signs of cervical cancer. This screening is available to all women and provides a simple, fast, and non-invasive method for early detection.

Screening Schedule:
📅 Date: July 17, 2025 (Thursday)
⏰ Time: 9:00a.m. to 12:00 noon
📍 Location: Santiago Super Health Center Purok-9 Brgy. Pob.1, Santiago, Agusan del Norte
Who Should Participate?
• Women aged 30 to 65 years old
• Women who have not had a Pap smear or HPV test recently
• Women with no history of cervical cancer or abnormal cervical findings

What to Expect:
• A quick and painless procedure
• Immediate results during the screening
• Follow-up treatment available if needed
Important Notes:
• No appointment is necessary, but early arrival is encouraged to avoid long wait times.
• At least 24 hours without sexual contact.
• No bleeding and spotting.
• Not pregnant.

✅ Wash hands frequently with soap and running water or use alcohol-based sanitizers, especially when touching animals, surfaces, or infected individuals.

✅ Clean shared spaces and contaminated objects regularly.

❗️ Check Mpox alerts at your desired travel destinations. Follow protocols at airports, seaports, and public transports.

Observe the following signs and symptoms for reporting:

❗️Early signs: Fever, swollen lymph nodes, fatigue, muscle aches.

❗️Rash: Fluid-filled lesions on the face, hands, feet, or ge****ls.

👉🏻 Importansya sa Pagdonar og Dugo:

📌 Ang pagdonar og dugo usa ka buhat sa kalooy nga makaluwas og kinabuhi. Bisan pa sa kalisod ug kahimtang sa uban, ang imong usa ka pagdonar makahatag og dako nga tabang sa mga tawo nga nanginahanglan og dugo. Kini mahimong magamit sa mga pasyente nga nagkinahanglan og operasyon, mga biktima sa aksidente, ug mga pasyente nga adunay chronic conditions nga nagkinahanglan og regular nga pagdawat og dugo.

📌 Dili lang nimo matabangan ang uban, kundi makatabang pud kini sa imong kaugalingon nga kalusugan. Ang regular nga pagdonar og dugo makapa-ayo sa pagpalambo sa imong sirkulasyon ug makatabang sa paghinlo sa imong dugo. Ang imong pagdonar usa ka simple pero makapahimo og dakong kausaban sa kinabuhi sa uban.

📌 Busa, ang imong buhat nga magdonar og dugo usa ka dakong hagit sa pagpakita sa imong malasakit ug pagkahuman sa komunidad. Usa ka hugot nga paagi sa pagtabang sa atong isigkatawo.

📣 Mga Pahimangno alang sa mga Modunar ug Dugo:

1. Pahulay og Sakto nga Oras sa Gabii.

📌 Siguroha nga nakapahulay og tarong sa gabii, at least 6-7 ka oras. Ang husto nga pagkatulog makatabang sa imong lawas aron andam sa pagdonar.

2. Wala makainom ug ilimnong makahubog o tambal 24 oras sa wala pa magdonar.

📌 Likayan ang pag-inom og alkohol/ ilimnon mga makahubog o bisan unsang tambal sulod sa 24 ka oras sa wala pa magdonar. Kini aron malikayan ang mga komplikasyon ug masiguro nga hapsay ang imong donasyon.

3. Kaon Og Pagkaon Sa Wala Pa Magdonar.

📌 Ayaw kalimot magkaon og husto antes magdonar. Pero likayi ang pagkaon nga daghan og tambok, kay dili kini maayo para sa imong lawas sa panahon sa donasyon.

4. Kaon og Husto, Inom og Daghang Tubig.

📌 Siguroha nga ang imong pagkaon kay balanse ug puno sa mga bitamina ug nutrisyon. Inom og daghang tubig o uban pang likido aron mapabilin nga hydrated ang imong lawas.

📣 Pahimangno Human sa Pagdonar og Dugo:

1. Inom og Daghang Tubig ug Kaon Og Husto.
📌Human sa pagdonar, siguroha nga mag-inom og daghang tubig ug kaon og husto para magka-enerhiya ka balik. Ang pagkaon ug tubig makatabang sa pag-recover sa imong lawas.

2. Likayi ang Mabug-at nga Kalihokan.

📌 Ayaw pag trabaho og mabug-at nga mga buhat human sa donasyon. Kung mabati ka nga maluya, ihigda ang imong lawas ug itaas ang imong mga tiil hangtod mawala ang imong gibati.

3. Pugngi ang Dugo sa pinaagi sa paghatag ug presyon sa kamot .

📌 Kung magpadayon pa ang pagdugo, pugngi kini gamit ang husto nga presyon ug itaas ang imong kamot para matabangan nga mohunong ang pagdugo.

4. Kung Makabaton og lagom butangan ug ice.

📌 Kung makasinati ka og lagom ibutang ang ice sa maong kamot sulod sa 10-15 minutos sa unang 24 ka oras. Human ana, magbutang og init o humid nga heat pad sulod sa 10-15 minutos aron matabangan ang pag-ayo.
