Our community will stay small.

On purpose.

It's not our aim to get huge. In fact, if we get too big, we'll have missed the point entirely!

Studies have shown that once you get above a certain number, a group of people is not a community anymore.

We will cap our community at a reasonable number so that we can actually function as a community - with connection, intimacy, and a sense of belonging and camaraderie between us.

So, when you join this community you can expect to get to know each and every one of us, and peer coach with all of us.

We are not thousands of faces on a zoom screen.
Or hundreds, even!

We are small, and we like it that way.

But we have plenty of room to grow right now, and we want you to join us!

If you want to be in a community where you can receive coaching, give coaching, and learn a ton about your business, this is the place for you.

Your spot is waiting for you. And it's only $47 a month for your membership. I know. So good.

The Coach's Studio is not all about hustle culture.

We believe in sustainable business practices, and because of that, our community is a no-pressure community.

We have a community culture, and agreements we all make to each other, but the expectations we have are basic and understandable (be kind, listen to each other, keep appointments open for peer coaching, etc.).

This is not a community where you will feel stretched to be doing a million things, and overwhelmed by it all. (And if you are, you may be seriously overbooked and we welcome you to slow down, or to move on and take us off your to do list because we do not want to be a stressful part of your life!)

We ask members to be available for at least 2 hours a month - for peer coaching and/or attending other events in the community.

If that feels doable to you - consider joining us and having coaches to peer coach with right at your fingertips, workshops to attend that are unique and included in the price, and opportunities to practice your craft in a supportive place.

Just do the thing already!

I mean ... wouldn't you have done it already if you could?

Maybe there's something holding you back. Maybe you don't have enough support to take the step.

It's possible what would help is having a supportive community where you'd have access to peer coaching whenever you need it, and a place to PRACTICE THE THING ALREADY.

Not only does The Coach's Studio give you a place to practice your new thing, but it gives you the support to leap out of your comfort zone and do it, AND the benefit of seeing other coaches doing exactly that all around you.

So, maybe you could just do the thing if you had some compassion, a little nudge, and a safe place to try it out before you show it to the rest of the world.

Just a thought. 😊

Being in our community takes a certain amount of vulnerability.

You gotta share with us so we know how to support you.

You gotta share with us so we can benefit from your gifts.

Are you willing to put yourself out there? To tell us what you've got to offer?

This month, our theme is visibility - so being vulnerable, taking risks, going out on a limb are all part of that.

Our community is the perfect place to practice being visible!

We are really good at helping each other feel safe enough to try new things, ask allll the questions, and celebrate our wins (and be bummed about our failures).

What's missing from your work life?

Fun? Camaraderie? Focus? Support?

It's amazing to me how many coaches I speak to who don't expect or realize that their businesses could be more enjoyable and less painful if they had some support.

Why don't we look for support? What's up with that?

In The Coach's Studio, it's one of our main values. We support each other. We help each other along, think the best of each other, and encourage each other.

And support also looks like giving feedback. Pointing out a new idea for someone. Giving them a shortcut.

Are you plodding along in your business thinking you don't need - or worse - don't deserve support? That you should be doing it all alone?

Yikes! I hope not! But, it's likely you are. Because most of us are.

I hope you'll consider what it could look and feel like to have more support with your coaching business.

When you practice coaching, you get better at it. That's just common sense, right?

But how do you practice it without clients?

Peer coaching! In The Coach's Studio, peer coaching is a huge benefit for members.

You get access to a private directory of our coaches with peer coaching appointments available just for us.

I take advantage of this monthly and I get so much out of my sessions with my fellow members.
