Regular sessions, private groups & 1:1 - all on beautiful Gozo - Sarah 🧡 I'm originally from UK & made Gozo my home 8 years ago.

I specialise in guiding Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra with TCM 5 Elements of the seasons - each has a specific energy & body meridians to release fascia tension & calm your nervous system. I have been practicing all types of yoga for
decades & now teach my favourite Yin Yoga. Yin Yoga is incredibly relaxing. It's a slow meditative practice & we hold the poses, supported with blocks, for 3-5 mins to allow the facia or inter-connective tissues to relax & release. We don't work the muscles & there are no standing or balancing poses. We finish with a short Yoga Nidra to fully relax. Chair Yoga is more active & exercises the body whilst fully supported by the chair. It's perfect for seniors or anyone with knee/back issues. Yoga is ultimately a mind-body connection & a gift of giving time to yourself 🙏

Yin & Swim ☯️💦

Summer is here again so we are back at our outdoor Yin Yoga Studio in a shady spot surrounded by trees. Tuesdays & Thursdays at 8am - we have space for 6 mats so book your spot & you're also invited to join us for a swim afterwards in Marsalforn ☀️

Thanks to an amazing workshop by I have finally manifested my dream to make my own shamanic drum 💫

Maybe 2025 is the year you start your Yin Yoga journey - allowing your body to release deeply held tension & helping your nervous system to regulate.
Yin is a whole body & mind practice but the Winter season element focuses on the Kidney & Bladder meridians to help energy flow like water 💫

My cosy candlelit Nidra sessions are being held again this winter & I attach my flyer here for this first time. Dates are organised in a WhatsApp group....

I was fully living every moment with positive vibrations this special Summer Solstice & Full Moon 🤩
A shamanic Healing Drum Circle with a beautiful sunflower medicine wheel.
An amazing Cacao Summer Solstice celebration with a water ceremony, singing, dancing & a fire ceremony ending with ❤️ shaped embers.
And a Kirtan & Sound Journey - extra special for me as I guided a Nidra along with the instrumental sounds & sounds of life all around us.
Big hugs to everyone who was with me 🧡

Earth Garden Festival you were amazing! I spent 90% of time in the Healing Fields organised by so 4 days of yoga, dances, sharing circles, talks, song circles, cacao dance (highlight for me), breathwork & even an ice bath -.my Frida flower headdress didn’t help keep the cold away...
The secret dance area was an inspired Narnia wardrobe complete with fur coats at the entrance 🤩
The life size air elephant was there as every year - perhaps showing us we all have an elephant in the room that gets bigger every year we don't release the obstacles to a calm & peaceful life 🙏🌟

Summer time is here so Yin Yoga is outside ☀️
So good to hear the birds & life around us as we release fascia tension from our bodies.

No yoga experience or flexibility needed as we support your body (with props & modifications) as it softens & gently lets go in the long holds. Every body is welcome to join. Tuesdays & Thursdays 8am in the shade. Sarah 🙏
