Burnout is an epidemic.
Especially with so many of us working from home these days, it’s near impossible to turn off. The pressure we put on ourselves to be top performers and high achievers coupled with emails, texts, social media notifications, and demanding jobs are silently leading us to a state of pure exhaustion.
Being burned out isn’t fun. You lose your zest for life and the light inside you seems to be dimmed.
