Want to inspire the next generation of innovators, scientists, doctors and healthcare professionals? On Saturday, April 12th, STEM Baton Rouge presents a FREE STEM Saturday "Heart & Circulatory System' that K-12th graders won’t want to miss!
Join STEM Baton Rouge and a team of healthcare mentors for a hands-on, interactive experience where participants will explore the heart and circulatory system by:
🔬 Building and testing their very own mechanical heart!
🔬 Learning how blood flows through the body, powered by the heart’s four chambers.
🔬 Discovering how arteries, veins, and capillaries work to deliver oxygen and nutrients.
🔬 Understanding how doctors use a stethoscope to monitor the heart and organs.
STEM Saturday, executed by the team at STEM Global Action, is an engaging, educational, and FUN way to learn about the human body while inspiring curiosity and creativity in science and engineering!
