I'm Sri Sampangi Rajesh Kamalanathan Yogi from India 36-year-old(as of July 2021).With a post-graduate degree in MCA, I work as a software engineer in India. In 2009, I met my Yoga Guru, Sri Gnana Joadhi Sampangi Swamigal and learned the principles of Raja Yoga, including Asanas, Pranayama and Meditation. I have undergone a certified degree course and advanced course on yoga shast

ra(Raja Yoga) within a span of three years. All the books for the syllabus were written by my Guru Sri Gnana Joadhi Sampangi Swamigal. With over 12 years of practicing Raja Yogam, I have gained rich experience teaching Yoga Asanas, Various Breathing techniques, Pranayama's and Meditation. The Yogic lessons are systematized, well formulated with unwavering discipline. This channel aims to teach and practice RajaYogam and its steps.This Channel aims to teach and practice Raja Yoga, a practical science that yields positive, safe and permanent results for practitioners.
