Sound is medicine for the soul, and when we come together with the intention of healing and love, the effects are truly transformative. PERSPECTIVE:

About 2 months ago I felt the calling to make positive signs and hang them throughout the trail I run on every morning in hopes to add some love to the trail for other walkers/runners to see. After about 2 weeks over half of the signs were stolen. Every morning I would feel a little sad when passing where I knew I had put some of the signs thinking ”who would steal something that is meant to help others?”. I continued thinking this for several weeks on every run.

It wasn’t until today that the thought crossed my mind “maybe whoever took them really needed them. Maybe they have it hanging by their bed and it’s what gets them up every morning”

You never know why you are called to do certain things. Maybe the signs were for the people that took them and not necessarily the trail runners.

Keep following your path. Doing what you feel deep in your heart to do. Keep the perspective that there is always a special reason for what you doing even if you can’t understand it sometimes.

You are traveling down a road. Maybe this road is not one you think you would have chosen however you are still traveling down the road. The road has trash along it everywhere but amongst the trash are beautiful flowers. You have the ability to enjoy the journey focusing only on the flowers or you have the ability to make the journey miserable by only focusing on the trash. During the journey and at end of the road, it is what you focused on during the journey that will create the emotions inside of you. Would you choose to focus on the trash to create sadness, anger & depression inside of you? Or would you choose to only see the beauty in the flowers creating a memory of joy and happiness? 



We can sometimes become so attached to the pattern of only seeing the trash in life causing us so much misery.

Take time to sit back in the seat of awareness and become aware of what your road looks like today. Are you focused on the trash or the flowers? YOU have the ability to shift your focus in this very moment.

Have you every wondered the science behind why we cry? If all of our functions/parts of our bodies usually serve a purpose, what does crying do?

We have been programmed that
-Crying means we are sad
-Crying is what babies do
-Crying shows weakness
-Men don't cry
-Crying means we are broken

Did you know that crying actually is an emotional release. We store so much stress in the body and crying is a physical symptom to help us. Crying releases oxytocin and endogenous opioids, also known as endorphins.
