Not because I’m disciplined.
Not because I love alarms.
And definitely not because I’m chasing some hustle badge.

It’s because my life is full.
My days get loud.
And if I don’t take care of my body early, everything else gets whatever energy is left.

This season of life has taught me that movement isn’t about aesthetics - it’s about relationship. About honoring the body God gave me so I can show up strong for my work, my family, and the goals He’s placed on my heart.

Some seasons it’s 5am.
Some seasons it’s later.
Some seasons it’s even earlier 😱
The time doesn’t matter — the intention does.

This isn’t about doing more.
It’s about doing what’s necessary to feel steady, strong, and present.
