🍂 As the season turns…
When the light shifts and the air cools, our bodies feel it.
You might notice tighter muscles, old aches speaking up, lighter sleep, a dip in mood, or waves of emotion you can’t quite name. You’re not behind, you’re responding to change.
Here’s a 60-second seasonal reset:
Hand to heart. Inhale for 4, exhale for 6 (five rounds).
Soften your jaw and shoulders; feel your feet heavy on the ground.
Imagine a gentle warmth spreading across your back like sunlight. Whisper: “I’m allowed to slow down.”
