I think this is a good time to remind ourselves that YOGA is not to be practiced, but to be lived 🙏🧡.
There are 8 Limbs of Yoga, and each has such a beautiful gift to offer to us & in turn to the world 🌎 around you.
This is not another thing we have to do or be perfect at, but rather an invitation on how we can create an aligned life.
What i love about YOGA is that it's so encompassing of the physical, emotional & spiritual aspects of who we are. It's a modality that can bring release, strength, stillness, alignment, joy, relaxation, and opportunity to truly be with oneself. It has been such a gift in my life in so many different ways. I'm so grateful for that.🙏
