Fab yoga practice this evening. Explored pigeon pose 3 ways. Reclining, standing and in prone. Lovely glute and hip opener. Flexibility and strength is growing within the guys. Really making progress 🙏

Feeling proud of myself. I passed another teacher training in support for the menopause. A subject that is close to my heart and to be able to support and care for women through Yoga is truly a gift that I can’t wait to share. Times are changing around this subject and I’m super proud to be part of this movement 🙏🧘‍♀️😊⭐️

The Chakras feature a lot in my Yoga practice, I love the awareness and connection you can create around the areas of the body where they spin. One of my favourite ways to explore the Chakras is in a guided meditation, lying flat coming through the body visualising the colours of each of them. I use language and imagery with flowers, jewels anything that has vivid colour. It´s a magical meditation that my clients ask for time and again. 🙏🧘‍♀️⭐️

Garudasana - Eagle Pose
We explored this asana in this weeks classes
Aside from being an amazing balance it strengthens quads, hamstrings, inner thighs. Shoulders and triceps get involved. It’s also great for the feet.
You don’t have to get deep into it to feel the benefits. It’s great to develop as you get stronger and get used to wrapping yourself up in your arms and legs.
