Well, hello my beautiful friends! It’s been a minute, for sure. I’ve been up against some pretty serious health issues over the last year + (yes, even after kicking cancers b***y!). It has been incredibly frustrating but I am faithful in my belief for healing - which as we know, can only happen one day at a time. With that being said - new and exciting things are happening!
My goal is to be much more diligent with posting. If even to help one person know they’re not alone in their fight, no matter what that fight may involve. ♥️

When you picture the number 1, what does your brain see? When you hear the words “You win!”, what does your brain see? When you see a loved one and are filled with the warmth of their comfort, what does your brain see?
There is no wrong answer to any of the above questions.
Some may see outlines. Some may see movements. Some may see energy. And some may see nothing at all. Aren’t our brains magical?
The scientific term is called Synesthesia. Synesthesia is when our brain attaches different sensory activity to something at one time.
Another example of this is kool-aid. Yes. Kool-aid. It’s rare to hear, “I want strawberry kool-aid!”
You more often hear, “I want red kool-aid.” That is our brain attaching the sense of taste with a color that we can see.
I see colors, outlines and energy. When I picture the number one, my brain sees blue and the outline of the number one. When I hear, “You win!”, my brain sees multiple colors and movement of energy. When I feel the comfort of a loved one, I see slow energy and light colors.
I call this chapter my of life - Synesthesia. The senses are as endless as the possibilities.
I see categories in life in different colors. When they come together to create something bigger, that color morphs and changes. The colors flow with energy, guiding my steps along a path that I’m not always 100% sure where it will lead. But, where the colors and energy exist, I’m sure to follow. It’s my brains way - my spirits way - of telling me that I am in alignment with where I am and where I am headed.
I am taking what I have built and letting the colorful energy in, taking the drivers seat while I take direction and follow the lead of my intuition.
Stay tuned to watch the colors blaze, the energy roar and big things happen.

I am hosting Trauma Dump - Group Coaching Intensive. This intensive will be held in the Voxer app.
In order to move forward and thrive, we first must heal. We can read all of the books, do all of the deep thinking and strategizing, listen to all of the podcasts - but action must be taken to heal. You must demand your own happiness.
