Evening all. I was contacted a few days by a woman who has gone through the ringer this last 12 months! Firstly she went through a foot reconstruction due to suffering with a charcot deformity, then 7 week weeks ago she had a suptalar fashion, which has left her with poor mobility, and her pain was through the roof. I've started her treatment with a lymphatic drain, and given her some exercise to help get some movement back into her ankle, with some band work. Here's a before and after her first treatment.

Hi all, just letting you all know I've been invited to come to the next World Kickboxing Organisation 2024 event on the 10th of November. I will be offering pre and post treatments, these treatments can help warm up the muscles before your fights and cool them down afterwards, this could help reduce any injuries, and speed up recovery times.
