My Story
I am a holistic wellness coach who is passionate about helping those with chronic illness heal, thrive and live a life of happiness. I help my clients navigate their way through their healing journeys. I attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I received cutting-edge training in holistic wellness and health coaching.I also graduated from The University of Oklahoma, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. With 12 years of nursing experience, I have worked with a large variety of chronic illnesses. I also have been battling my own chronic illness for almost a decade. I know what it is like to live with a chronic illness from both a professional and personal perspective. It took me years of physical, emotional and spiritual pain to get to my true path of healing. I truly believe that there is purpose in my pain and I choose to use my experience to help others on the same journey. The amount of joy that I feel from helping others is immeasurable. I deeply love what I do and I am grateful to be able to do this work.
