SAYING FAREWELL TO PCOD AND EMBRACING PARENTHOOD WITH OPEN ARMS!

For 4 years, Priyakshi had challenges with conception. She was diagnosed with PCOD and delayed periods. She had tried multiple treatments and switched multiple gynecologists and other treatments which included follicular monitoring, a painful experience.

When she couldn't see much progress, she gave up the idea of conceiving and was just continuing with the medicines recommended by the doctor for PCOD issues.

Priyakshi happened to get connected with one of her colleagues who had transformed her health and gave her the hope that her condition could be improved and introduced her to the us.

With her family's support, Priyakshi started her wellness journey and followed everything she was told by her coach. Regular follow-ups with the coach helped her stay on track.

Slowly, she started observing changes in her skin, energy, and overall health. When she went for an ultrasound scan, her scan reports showed the uterus was not bulky and her ovaries were healthy. Within the first 2 months, she observed that the delay in her periods had reduced from 50 to 40 days and then to 35 days and 30 days.

When everything was going well, she noticed a delay of 40 to 45 days in her cycles again. She lost hope again and decided not to continue the program but to continue the healthy habits.

When the delay in cycles crossed more than 50 days, her husband took her for a pregnancy test. To their surprise, she was pregnant.

That's when Priyakshi understood the power of holistic wellness and continued to follow her healthy habits throughout her pregnancy and is now blessed with a healthy baby boy who is 4 months of age.

Even if you are doing regular walking and able to see weight loss, strenght training or weight training as its own advantages like helps in improving muscle strength, it helps to regularise hormones in female so apart from your regular walking plan for strenght training workout atleast for 3 to 4 times in a week.
