4. Migogoro kazini kwako(Yaani wewe na wafanyakazi wenzako au mwajiri wako)
5. Kutetemeka kwa mwili na kutokwa na jasho pindi unapokosa nafasi ya kutumia pombe
6. Kupoteza kumbukumbu kirahisi

Basi endapo unasumbuliwa au umekuwa muhanga katika moja wapo ya haya mambo usisite kuwasiliana nasi kupitia namba zetu zilizopo kwenye ukurasa wetu .
