Soursop contains various phytochemicals, it can be used medicinally to treat a wide range of conditions, including diabetes, tumor, cancer, oxidative stress, blood pressure, the induction of apoptosis in tumor cells as well as hemorrhagic disease and cholesterol lowering.

With the number of cancer and diabetes cases rising, this fruit is a must in every garden. All fruits have antioxidants if we stop cutting trees and keep planting trees, we won’t have to complain about the scorching summer or the thundering rains causing floods! Hoped world will be a better place.

तोरंज/ तोरिन्ग pomelo which every Hindu family gets to offer during Ganesh Chaturthi which we call माटोळी.

I’m not gonna tell what everyone knows that it is high in Vitamin C!

The American Dietetic Association reports the role of functional foods in the treat and prevent cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and hypertension.

It helps in decreasing the bad cholesterol.

And as we all know it’s season, anything that’s in season is high in antioxidants specifically fruits and vegetables.

Make sure you split it with your families and not just rot on the माटोळी. To all my other religion brothers and sisters, make sure you buy it from the locals and make most of this.
