I meet women every day who are afraid to put themselves out there because they are worried about others judging them!!!

Let’s be real here... we are already being judged!

Every darn day. Probably for things we don’t even understand. Big things, little things... and things we don’t even know about. It’s just the way things are, especially online.

It’s not that we don't care what others think of us, because we would be saints if we didn’t, but don’t let other people’s opinions make decisions for you. Don’t let people who haven’t walked your path influence what you do and especially how you think.

You can live your life worried about what people may or may not think of you... OR you can live your life doing what is right for you. What brings you joy. What brings you success.

You Choose YOU. Be you. Be authentically real and go live your life.

🌿 And finally, find a group of people who share your vision, who will support you and want to see you succeed unconditionally.

So do your research, ask a lot of questions, and most importantly keep an open mind. It may not be a fit for you 🤷‍♀️ but all you have to do is take a look.

I recently listened to a podcast that mentioned that a version of the phrase ‘Fear Not’ appears in the Bible 365 times. One for every day of the year. Now, I did not count them, but I couldn’t help but wonder to myself, what if that’s true? What if I lived my life that way? What if I said to myself every time I was outside of my comfort zone the words FEAR NOT:
💫 What if we all lived our life together that way? Because with God, nothing is impossible.
💫 Imagine what we could do! How much we could soar! Because God is holding your hand. He will help you.
💫 What if we chose fear over comfort every day for a year? For five years? Because He promised to sustain you.
💫 Where do you believe you would be? Would you be in the same place you are now? (No way!!) Because God has a plan for you.
💫 What if I told you that you don’t even have to believe in yourself? That I believe in you enough for the both of us and I could cheer you on from the sidelines until you believe in yourself! Because He promised to sustain you.
💫 What if you could do that for other people, would you help them? Because God is with you.
💫 So Fear Not friends. Because He loves you.

|| 5 0 0 0 B U R P E E S ||

I'm at 5,000 burpees! Still doing 100 burpees a day, every day. No exceptions. Still trying to get to 10,000 - then 36,500. Why not do them for the full year?

🌿 I'm not bored. Every morning is still a challenge to me as I try to beat my best time. I do incorporate other exercises with the burpees. Not every day, but on most. Whether it's a walk, mountain bike ride, a class at the gym, Kettlebell exercises, or a hike.
🌿 Your form is key. I'm still not sore. The hot tub helps ;) If you're going to start something like this, you have to make sure you can perform the burpees correctly because if you get sore, You might give up on your goal.
🌿 My mantra is now "fall down, get back up". Saying this over and over again can literally carry you through your day.
🌿 I can touch my toes without bending my knees. Sometimes it's the little things. ☺️
🌿 There are many benefits when doing burpees - but for me, I would say the biggest benefits are: They work your entire body, you can literally do them anywhere, no excuses, no machines, heck, you don't even need shoes! They make you stronger and they boost your endurance.

They suck, I know. Even one can be horrible. But they get better, I promise you. Want to do them too? All you have to do is fall down, and get back up. 💁‍♀️ Sounds easy enough, eh?

I know it’s hard to get started. To find the right time. We find all sorts of excuses to push back a date. I am guilty as well. 😩

Let me tell you, timing can’t get any better than now! Give up on the "After" excuses! A new life is about to begin, just saying 😉

The question is not DO you have enough time. The question is HOW are you using the time you have? 🤔

We all have the same amount of time in a day, and YOU are in control of your own schedule. HOW you choose to spend your time is entirely up to you.

You can’t just hope for something to happen or hope for things to change. It doesn’t work that way. You have to go out there and MAKE it happen.

So if you’re not happy with where you are, start by changing your mindset and try this 👇🏻

✅ Every morning when you wake up, look in the mirror and say “I AM ENOUGH!”
✅ Put your game face on and get dressed. When you look better, you actually feel better and you do better. I know I do! 😊
✅ Surround yourself with like-minded, positive, uplifting people who support your dreams and who get you. Find your people!
✅ Stop spending time with the Negative Nancys and toxic people who bring you down and who drain you. Sometimes you have to let go in order to become the best version of yourself.

You see, an opportunity is always knocking but YOU have to decide when to open the door.

Keep an open mind, stay positive, and always remember that you can!
