Please read this review from a Mum who's son came to see me....
Earlier this year, my 16 year old son was suffering so bad with anxiety. He was struggling to the point he couldn’t sleep, eat and ended up in hospital due to the physical symptoms anxiety brings. A friend suggested kinesiology and I can honestly say the change in my son has been amazing from the moment he left his first session. He’s had 4 in total and now he no longer needs tablets to sleep. He’s so much more balanced.
He now has a part time job and has started college, his confidence grown so much. I cannot recommend Debbie enough. For anyone who is struggling with anxiety or has a child who is, please give this therapy a go. What I have witnessed with my son has been an absolute miracle!

Anyone suffering with a hormonal imbalance?! A lovely lady came to see me recently and i was so happy that i could hep her. Here is what she had to say about her session with me...

I came to see Deb because I hadn’t had a period for over 3 months. I was feeling very low, irritable, and super emotional! Deb was thorough in her practice, took her time, and was gently reassuring, Deb has created a safe, calm space. Her treatment room is warm, quiet, and smelt amazing, all the things that contribute to having a positive experience when receiving a treatment. Within 48 hours, my period returned, my mood lifted, and I felt so much lighter!! I am a true believer in kinesiology, it’s a world away from synthetic medications that we are so often offered. If you’re new to holistic health, give it a go. You won’t regret it and have nothing to lose.

Fears and phobias 😫...
I recently seen a lovely lady who came to me with a deep rooted phobia.. something that has controlled her life for a very long time, after 1 session of Kinesiology with me, we were able to release her fear! How amazing is that.
Here is what she had to say...
"I came to see Deb to help with a phobia that I've had for many many years. I can honestly say that my phobia of vomit is with me no more! It's been pretty life changing for me and my family, I can't recommend Deb highly enough.. she's fantastic!"

I came to Deb feeling very emotional teary and overwhelmed, I also wanted to work on my confidence in social situations, after seeing Deb I feel resilient and so much more confident! I continue to feel much less overwhelmed. This isn't the first time I have seen Deb and it won't be the last

I’ve had two treatments with Debbie now and they’ve been amazing. I come away feeling so happy and energised but best of all she’s helped with me with some of my worst anxiety symptoms which have ultimately been life changing.
