Just be nice in your thoughts and let that ripple out in your life.

✨Having wildlife right outside…

…. really makes a beautiful addition to the sacred sound session’s having nature right outside.

Today we were joined by a beautiful singing robin and then a fluffy white tipped tailed fox 🦊 he sat for a while and looked through the door. I managed to get a little pic while I played.

I was given permission to post this.

Beautiful, just beautiful.

Grateful for having this space and sharing these incredible frequencies.

Take time to slow down, this season can be tough. Take a breath.

I am always shown such beauty when holding space, you just need to get out of your own way and let the light flow into the moment.

It all happens in a heartbeat but the time I spend holding sacred sound sessions amazes me what takes place is so on point for each and every person.

I’m so freakin’ proud of what I’ve created. My parents thought I’d gone a bit mad. They have ate their words though. It’s one of the most beautiful energies in my sound sanctuary!

Can’t believe what has been birthed from such a chaotic space.
