Garden Tea 🌱✨

Part of the reason I love travelling so much is the little things you take home and make part of your life. Not only does it help with integration but it also brings so many happy memories.

On our France retreat we stayed in the most amazing retreat center 🤍 Every morning and night, Gillian would go to the garden and make fresh herbal teas for us - lavender, vervain, rosemary, thyme and others. This simple act brought me so much joy. Starting the day with something homegrown with so much intention and love, you could feel it. 🥰

Since being home, I’ve been enjoying my herbal garden tea every night, connecting with each plant, snipping what’s calling me and enjoying every part of the process.

Sharing with you in hopes it brings you joy too 🙏🏼🫖 Those little white flowers are chamomile and a gift from my bestie garden 🤍

🌹 We just wrapped up our France retreat… and my heart is SO full. 🌹

From the sacred lands of the Magdalene to the sisterhood that formed under the sun and stars, this retreat was so sweet and beautiful 🤍

There’s something indescribable that happens when women gather with intention, when we step away from our daily lives and into the sacred. Time bends. Healing deepens. Truth rises. We remember who we are.

Retreats are portals to clarity, healing and devotion and I am reminded every single time of how powerful it is to choose yourself. To say yes to your growth. To let your soul lead.🌹

Some of you know my story that when I was desperate to leave Corrections I tried to be a travel blogger which I thought was my ticket out of government. Spoiler alert - it did not give me the golden ticket I needed. 😆 The universe delivered me the messy, get your s**t together and heal ticket - which now I am so grateful for because I see the bigger picture. 🙌🏼

Having led 14 international pilgrimages to sacred sites around the world, I see universe - I see 🙌🏼

As I prepare to leave for France, I have this burning passion to share more about pilgrimage and the sacred sites of the world. I’ve been travelling them for 15 years and have learned so much along the way from my mentors and guides.

My burning passions are giving me the nudge to come back to blogging again. My blog was called Birds of a Feather 🤍 Is this something you’d be interested in? Give me some love below if so ✨
