☀️ A lovely day out to Southend-on-Sea brought back cherished childhood memories for our residents.
Enjoying ice cream by the seaside, hearing the familiar chimes of the ice cream van, and soaking up the sunshine reminded them of joyful vacations past. 🍦🌊
It was a heartwarming day filled with laughter, nostalgia, and simple pleasures, truly uplifting for the spirit. 💛

We had the privilege of welcoming The Mayor of Hillingdon, Philip Corthorne, along with his daughter Mayoress Hannah Corthorne, to our Care Home Open Day. ✨

They spent time chatting with residents, families, and staff, making everyone feel truly valued. The day was filled with joy, from live entertainment and a delicious BBQ to refreshing Pimms and great company.

A few of our residents even had the chance to pose for memorable photos with the Mayor and Mayoress, adding a special touch to a wonderful day!

Everybody enjoyed strolling and having a picnic at Battersea park 🌳

is a large (200 acre) Victorian park, built between 1854 and 1870. It has a riverside promenade, a large lake, many notable trees and ecological areas, children's play areas, a children's zoo, the Pump House gallery, ceremony venue and sports facilities.

Our residents loved this visit! Stay tuned for what we do next. ☺️
