Kia ora, at beginning of a pregnancy it can seem like the birth is a long way off and your antinatal checks seem so far apart. The last part of a pregnancy can seem like a total contrast to that.
Now you might find you feel the pressure to have everything you need for baby ready and at your fingertips.
Well done your getting there now!
Your antinatal checks are closer together and you might have your birth education classes coming up soon.
But have you thought about yourself?
What are you going to need at hand when your first home with baby.
It’s never too late to meal prep and stash away a few extra meals in the freezer that can be reheated for quick dinners or lunches when your the only one home.

Do you feel lonely or bored in between visits to your health care provider?
Antinatal check up’s are one of the only sources of input on this life changing journey birthing people go on and the in the early months they can seem so far apart when you want know everything all at once and it is the only thing on your mind.
How about the suggestion of learning how to get your baby in the best possible position for birth.
Here is a basic tip for doing just that.
It may not be everyone’s favourite job but getting down on all four and scrubbing floors has proven to be one of the ways you can help your baby get into and stay in a better birthing position.
