How to reduce the risk of Cancer that is increasing day by day?

Study shows that People who eat a Mediterranean diet that includes extra-virgin olive oil and mixed nuts might have a reduced risk of cancer.
The Mediterranean diet focuses mostly on plant-based foods, such as fruits and vegetables, whole grains, legumes and nuts.
