Here is a simple yet powerful daily practice to add to your morning routine. 
Oil Pulling. 🥥✨
It’s an ancient Ayurvedic practice that’s been part a part or people’s health rituals and it’s not just about clean teeth (though that’s a plus!).
You simply swish 1 tablespoon of oil in your mouth on an empty stomach for 5–20 minutes—gently, no gargling—then spit in the trash, rinse, and brush. That’s it.
Best oils to try:
🧡 Coconut (cooling, antimicrobial)
🧡 Sesame (traditional, warming + nourishing)
🧡 Sunflower (gentle + great for detox)
Why I love it:
– Strengthens teeth + gums
– Clears morning brain fog
– Freshens breath + supports gut health
– Helps your body detox naturally

It’s one of those little habits that adds up over time, creating clarity, calm, and vibrant energy from the inside out.

I’ve been dealing with foot pain for years that has been progressively getting worse. I got used to it. I worked around it. I kept moving. But pain has a way of getting louder when we ignore it, doesn’t it?
This past week, I finally had foot fusion surgery. A big step, literally and figuratively. And as I sit here healing, I realize this isn’t just about my foot. It’s about learning how to pause. How to trust the people around me. How to trust life. And how to finally let go of the need to push through everything.
This whole experience has reminded me of something so simple but so hard to live by:
You don’t have to carry it all.
You don’t have to prove anything.
You’re allowed to rest. You’re allowed to receive.
Taking care of yourself is not weakness. It’s wisdom.
If you’ve been living in pain (physically, emotionally, or spiritually), I just want to say—you deserve healing. You deserve softness. You deserve to feel supported.
Sometimes slowing down isn’t the detour. It’s the path.

I’ve seen it over and over again in myself, in friends, in almost every woman I’ve coached.
Burnout doesn’t show up the same way for all of us.
Sometimes it’s the quiet disconnection.
Sometimes it’s the fire that won’t stop burning.
Sometimes it’s the freeze. The fog. The “what now?”
And sometimes… it’s the moment you realize you’re ready to rise—but not the way you did before.

These are the 4 stages I’ve mapped out in my work because I needed them myself.
Because we deserve a healing path that meets us exactly where we are.

🌿 Rooted – when you’ve lost your rhythm
🔥 Reclaim – when your fire is burning out of control
🌀 Realign – when you’re frozen, lost, or disconnected
