Nice to meet you- this is Me

Hi, I’m Karin, A woman, A wife, A mom of 2 beautiful girls, A dietitian, A friend, daughter, sister, cousin and so much more. And I know- that all of you - are so much more then just parents who want their kids to eat better and healthier!

As a dietitian I want to share with you my philosophy of feeding and as a parents guide (in the process of getting the diploma) I want to help you understand your kids emotional needs and how the two combine into their eating habits and your feeding relationship, and as a mom I can understand your struggles and support you when you need it.

It’s hard to explain how much I love what I do and truly believe in the power that we, as parents have on our kids lives, physical and mental health. I believe that by understanding our own eating habits and what’s important for us to have as a family we can start improving our kids eating habits and making them happy and healthy eaters.

If you have any questions, thoughts you want to share with me or anything else, you’re welcome to write :)
