You really need to understand this: there's NO single food that's healthy for each and every person out there.

What's healthy for you, may not be healthy for others. If broccoli works well for my body, it doesn't mean it works well for you.

Even the greatest "health foods" out there are not universally good for everyone.

And that's something you really need to understand when scrolling through social media. Sure, chia puddings and salad bowls look great when your favourite fitness influencer posts her stories, but that doesn't mean you should eat those same foods.

Listen to your unique gut microbiome and follow your instinct - that's how you can achieve better wellbeing. 💛

Your worth is FAR beyond your body's gravitational pull! Because gals, that's what our weight shows. It's just our body mass and its pull to the Earth. It doesn't show what an amazing, beautiful creature you are, and how much value you bring to everyone around you. 💛

I hereby give you permission to slap anyone who says donuts are bad! 🍩

Yes, you shouldn't have 10 donuts every day.

BUT that's not what balanced life is about, anyways.

Enjoying a fresh donut every now and then is not just enjoyable, but it still gives your body plenty of nutrients, so stop believing anyone who says "donuts are just empty carbs". There's NO SUCH THING! 😮‍💨

Have your donut, enjoy it & move on with your life - that's what life is all about!

Healthy lifestyle is not about extremes. Yes, bodybuilders and hardcore fitness people may show how they eat chicken, broccoli, and rice every single day, but even they allow certain flexibility and don't diet forever, since they know how it wrecks their health.

True health and freedom lies in the balance between both sides. Broccoli and ice cream can both belong to the same day and they don't have to carry ANY meaning.

That's what healthy food relationship is like - it's balance.💛

Though diet culture may make you believe that ice cream is a "cheat food", it actually packs many nutrients. Yes, it's not the most nutrient-dense food out there and for its high sugar content, it's not wise to have ice cream every single day, BUT it still packs many nutrients that support your body.
