You really need to understand this: there's NO single food that's healthy for each and every person out there.
What's healthy for you, may not be healthy for others. If broccoli works well for my body, it doesn't mean it works well for you.
Even the greatest "health foods" out there are not universally good for everyone.
And that's something you really need to understand when scrolling through social media. Sure, chia puddings and salad bowls look great when your favourite fitness influencer posts her stories, but that doesn't mean you should eat those same foods.
Listen to your unique gut microbiome and follow your instinct - that's how you can achieve better wellbeing. 💛
