Paleo - A lifestyle not a diet Paleo is not a diet, it's a new way of eating. Please read my study under About / Description make I believe stick with the basic 3 things and go from there.

I do not believe in doing things to the letter as some tend to do when going Paleo. No Grains, sugar or foods with a chemical list. When it says natural be careful. Read labels. If you have an illness do not expect this to be a cure but just may find it to be a better way of eating in order to help make your life more comfortable. Energy levels are better if your not being a pure couch potato. You

got to get up and go a little more each day. Even when handicapped any extra movement you had not done the day before is one step in a better direction. I do include some dairy and have a little rice every now and again. Cheese is my weakness so a few ounces as a treat a certain time a day works good for me. Now what works for me may not work for you so you have to set your own plan.
