Who says you gotta stand up to lose weight ?!! Chair exercises are so slept on . I was 350 pounds I couldn’t stand up let alone workout for 45 min. So chair exercises are definitely my go to . It helps you target only the area that you are working on . You shouldn’t have to be worried about if your knees hurt while you are working abs .
