Did you know that there are many connected points of the body? For example, your brain is connected to the bottom of your big toes! These points are called vita flex points, and you can use them to maximize your health. I like to apply sleep support oils to my big toes and brain stem each night when I get in bed. The feet have the largest pores in the body, so you'll quickly absorb whatever you put on them.
Another way I like to use my vita flex points is when my sciatica flares up. I apply Deep Relief to my wrists, the meaty part of my heel, and to my tailbone, for fast relief!
