As many of you know I am a Grief Coach and I have been guided into this work in my search to serve a deeper purpose after my daughter Liberty's death in 2017. For six years now I've been weaving various healing modalities together in my Healing Sessions to create profound and lasting results for my clients. I got keys 12 days ago to my new office space and I've been having a wonderful time decorating it and turning into a sacred space, my Starlight Sanctuary! Here are the before and after pics...and honestly I'm amazed at just how much I've accomplished in this past month! There's still a few more finishing touches and some more things to hang but it's almost there.

I've already had 9 client sessions in the new space, including a few Aromatherapy raindrop treatments which have made it smell delightful and familiar!

This process has required so much trust in my intuition, so much processing of emotions and trust fall with the universe, and my ability to create my hearts desires! What a beautiful opportunity to utilize the tools I've learned and share with my clients! Knowing when to cry, when and how to support my nervous system and when to shift from fear/worry to focus on my desire and connect with the frequency of how I wanted my new work space to feel!

And here we are! After 5 years of working from home, devoting myself to healing work full time, collecting tools, weaving my own unique tapestry of healing magic in my sessions I'm ready to step into more visibility and professionalism! It feels so good! I love being able to spend my days having deep meaningful conversations and facilitating breakthroughs with my clients! I'm so grateful to each and every one of you who has entrusted me with your heart, your feelings, your wounds. I'm honored to hold space for you and as much as my office is a sacred space for me, it's meant to be shared with my community!

Do you have a strained relationship with a parent or family member? Me too! My mom 🥹 I tried for years to have a healthy relationship with her until I realized she wasn't willing and it wasn't possible.

I had to grieve for the relationship I hoped to have with her.

I had to forgive myself for holding onto hope that one day she would see me, and give me the love I needed from her.

I learned a lot about myself in the process. I had to choose me in the end, my peace, my wholeness and to stop allowing her to have access to hurt me.
