Cooking fresh healthy meals takes minutes with little prep. I sautéed Bella mushroom slices in garlic and onion for one minute. Added frozen carrots, peas and brocoli and a half cup of already prepared organic rice and added some fresh basil. Stir fried for about four minutes, covered and turned off heat, leaving it on the stove for seasoning I added to meld. Fabulous, rich in flavor, filling, very satisfying; and, certainly healthy. I always have a variety of fresh vegetables on hand and also frozen for days I want to limit kitchen prep time.
