Welcome, this page is created to help mental health persons. Those who struggle sometimes need an outlet or resource page. This is a page where resources can be shared and sought out. Hopefully this page can be shared and offered as a place where everyone feels included and can access help or resources wherever they hail from. Working with mental health has proven to be a never ending need in all communities. Hopefully this can be a forum where those who need to can come and gain knowledge, resources and feel safe.
