Saraswati Chand is a very grounded and natural individual but also a philosopher and a dreamer, she started her spiritual quest in 2017 and quickly understood, that there was a need to connect deeply to her soul, to find a home in her heart, and to trust the flow of the Universe. In 2019 she flew to Brazil without any plans whatsoever, embarking on a soul journey, and as the challenges of traveling appeared in her life, she got closer and closer to the bliss that is connecting to the wisdom within, pursuing then the Path of Yoga and becoming a Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher by Shiva Studio. Later in 2019, she received a message from the divine melodies of the Kundalini Mantras, and as she opened her heart and delved deeper into it she realized that Kundalini Yoga was the way to reawaken the cosmic vibration and connect directly to the Supreme Consciousness. Therefore in 2021, she finished her KY Teacher Training with IK Saran Dhian. Her classes are taught with commitment, passion and care, holding a subtle and transformative space. For that reason, she seeks to develop a community of likeminded souls, that support, honour and love all beings, creating thus a safe and sacred space for people to connect with the vastness of the universe, to let shadows and fears talk freely, to acknowledge it and used it to grow stronger.
