songbird yogi a journey from yoga practitioner to yoga teacher training to yoga teacher My answer always was that I would teach yoga. I am grateful the time has now come.

Has someone ever asked you, if you could be anything else in your life, what would you be? Maybe that question is what partially held me back from pursuing that dream. I think it ties into being an owner of a business and thinking that any free time has to be immersed in that business. What I realized was that the excitement and energy about learning something new flowed over into my business. So,

this feeling that I couldn’t do yoga teacher training while I worked full-time in my business was a self-limiting belief. My intent is to share the yoga teacher training journey, share some words that resonate with me and may resonate with you, and brighten the world just a little bit. Namaste.
