I have the pleasure of being able to work with , and here we’re working on locking in the fundamentals using RNT (reactive neuromuscular training) to improve glute engagement, keep the knee aligned, and build the stability his body needs. Once he gets the feel for it, we take those same cues into more dynamic drills like single-leg and bilateral depth drops, which translate directly into skating, basketball, and even simple daily movements.
